How to Upload a File to Garmin When a File Needs to be Replaced

To manually upload or replace a data file from Garmin:

1. In your account, navigate to Train > Calendar and click the 3 dots above the session title. Select “Unlink File.”
2. In your Garmin Connect, navigate to the session page and use the gear icon to choose Download .tcx file.
3. In your account, click on the 3 dots above the session title you want to upload. Click “Upload Data File” and select the downloaded .tcx file from your device.
